If You're At An Inconvenience And The Vehicle Will Not Start Or Drive,
No Worries !!!. We Can Come To You
(A Service Charge Will Apply)
Please Read Below For More Information
A service charge will be applied for all mechanical repairs. We do not perform any repairs without checking the vehicle and running necessary tests to determine any problems or complaints that the customer may have. All of our work is guaranteed so we don't play the guessing game or take any short cuts what so ever.
The base service charge starts at $175.00. It may vary depending on location and the severity of problems that the vehicle may be experiencing based on the information that we receive from the customer or complainant. Once we speak with the customer and get all of the information that will be needed to properly diagnose the vehicle along with the location, we will then tell them exactly how much the service charge will be.
( Here Is How It Works )
When a customer calls with a complaint or problem, the issue will be discussed and we will try to gain as much information as we can about the problem that the vehicle may be having at that time.
Upon the customer's request we will then schedule an appointment to diagnose the problem. The service charge will have to be paid at that time and a receipt will be issued.
All service charges have to be paid in full before the vehicle can be checked or the diagnostics can be performed.
Once the vehicle has been diagnosed and the problem is found the customer will then decide if and when they would like to have it repaired. Please keep in mind that the diagnostic is only valid for 7 days. After that time has expired the service charge will be lost and the vehicle will have to be diagnosed again if the customer still wishes to have it repaired.
When a vehicle is having mechanical issues and it is driven too long with those issues, generally, it will cause the vehicle to begin having other issues. This is why it is very important to get it repaired as soon as possible and this is also the reason for the 7 day grace period, so that we are not stuck with fixing all the of the problems that were caused by the customer waiting too long to fix the vehicle.
If the customer decides to have the vehicle repaired, the service charge that was paid up front will then be applied to the cost of labor. For example. If you paid an $85.00 service charge and the cost of labor is $300.00, when the repair is complete we will deduct $85.00 from $300.00 and you will only owe the difference which will be ( $215.00 ). Keep in mind that the deductions apply to labor only. Parts and taxes will not change.
In most cases the shop or mechanic will charge to check the vehicle and then charge to repair it. The check out fee is normally a separate charge from the actual bill or invoice.
Here at Danny's Mobile, any service charge that is paid will be deducted from the cost of labor upon completion of the repair. This is our way of passing savings to our customers. We have done this since the beginning and we don't see a need to change now.
Please remember, once the appointment has been made the service charge must be paid at that time.
NOTE: Due to time spent driving to a location and or time spent diagnosing the vehicle, there will be no refunds on service charges.
